Forklift (Heavy-duty) Service Representative

Donaldson is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance to support dealer network related to product warranty, service, and repair.
- Assist with internal warranty processing through technical support or claims processing if necessary.
- Develop training curricula and product information to meet dealer expectations.
- Facilitate communication with Factory Product Engineering, Part, Warranty and Technical Publications teams to coordinate support.
- Investigate to resolve issues through and communicate the problem-solving process and quality concerns to the appropriate cross-functional team for a permanent corrective action.
- Plan, implement, and manage quality support services at customer locations, including sorting and containment activities, data collection and analysis, and travel, as applicable.
- Support service technicians in day-to-day work and sales, parts and operations support as it relates to the technicians.
- Participate in OSHA compliance, actively observing and advocating for safety improvements for the technicians.
- Be available for dealer network after-hours calls to assist with service-related issues.
