Forklift Operator

Radious Recycling is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join their dynamic team. Essential Functions

Environmental and Health & Safety (H&S)
Strictly adheres to all Metals Recycling Business Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Provides a safe environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.
Follows all safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing all PPE.
Attends inhouse certification program and retraining classes at specified intervals.
Operational Performance & Best Business Practices
Assists with cleaning and associated duties to support the operations of the plant.
Operates a forklift and/or skid steer in moving bins and equipment.
Assists with yard/facility clean up and/or maintenance.            Equipment & Maintenance
Completes paperwork that accompanies the forklift and/or skid steer or lifting accessories and advises the appropriate supervisor if equipment is deficient or malfunctioning.
Basic sorting of scrap as well as metals and debris, in preparation for processing.
Special Projects
With respect to special projects perform special projects or other duties as required or assigned.
