Heavy Equipment Operator

Vestas is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Duties:

• Operates Heavy Equipment including but not limited to all Class 1-7 equipment, 40+ Ton Mobile Gantry Crane, 50+ Ton Reach Stacker/Container Handler, 20+ Ton Forklift, Single/dual axle remote steer Dolly, Tractor w/3 point, PTO, Front end Loader, Grader, Compaction Roller, Skid Steer, 12k+ Telescopic Forklift
  Operates heavy equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with all applicable legislation, policies and procedures; Performs standard and non-standard lifts safely on objects up to 9 tons and up to 200' long, in all lighting and weather conditions.
• Conducts daily visual safety inspections on equipment and rigging and documents results.
