Parker Hannifin is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Test Lab Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our operations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs the setting up of testing and environmental and operational tests, including multi-pass filtration, cold starting pressure drop, flow fatigue, dirt holding capacity, compression pressure, pressure of burst bubble points, tension, and more. in accordance with established ISO, military, and SAE test standards for the purposes of production acceptance testing and engineering development/validation/qualification testing.
  • Performs analysis of the test data (primarily by using Excel).
  • Produces test procedure and test reports that include analyses of data and conclusions.
  • Maintains lab equipment, including filter and equipment replacement, preventative maintenance, and coordination of gage and equipment calibration/validation services.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, organized, well-stocked lab.
  • Creates/modifies final assembly, sub-assembly, and component designs using the 3D CAD (primarily SolidWorks) as directed by design engineering.
  • Creates/Changes Tests and Material Specifications according to Design Engineering.
  • Creates and processes Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Notifications/Proposals (ECNs/ECPs) per Design Engineering.
