Industrial Electrician/Technician

GFG Alliance is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician/Technician to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical problems that affect heavy industrial plants
• Perform equipment audits, installation of machines, and preventative maintenance work
• Manage and program drives, scanners, and electronic control systems
• troubleshooting PLC systems and assisting with programming (training is provided when required)
• The ability to identify operational improvements is through the analysis of the root causes and ongoing improvement initiatives
• Reduce downtime and increase the overall reliability of the plant through proactive maintenance
• Assist in mechanical tasks as needed (belt tracking as well as lubrication, bearings, motors, chains, and gearboxes)
• Make sure that all work is completed effectively, safely, and in compliance with Infrabuild guidelines.
