Maintenance Technician

ARCH is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Performs visual inspections and tests on machines as well as equipment.* Pay attention to unusual sounds coming from equipment or machines to identify malfunctions and discuss possible variations in the operation of machines with other maintenance personnel to determine problems or fix machines.
• Dismantles damaged equipment and machines and then replaces the damaged or new parts.
  It cleans, lubricates, and cleans shafts, gears, bearings, and other machinery components.
  Repairs or installs electrical equipment, including transformers and wiring, as well as electronic and electrical components of equipment and machinery.
• Replace light fixtures as needed.
• Install air conditioning units.
  Then, the engineer lays out and installs as well as maintains the pipe networks, as well as the related pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. Repairs or replaces valves, gauges, pressure regulators, and other equipment.
• Maintains and repairs the physical structure of the establishment.
• Installs programs, repairs, or installs automated equipment and machinery, like robots and programmable.
• Installs and runs machine tools like lathes and grinders, drills, and milling machines for repairs or to fabricate components of machines. This includes jigs, fixtures, and tools.
