REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, particularly in industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or a related field is preferred.
You should have 8 to 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting. If you have relevant training and experience, we can consider that in place of a degree. Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) is essential.
We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and hands-on experience with tools like 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, and Poka Yoke.
You should also be familiar with technical writing for process documents, including PFMEA, Process Flow, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and Checklists.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling using SolidWorks and AutoCAD is a must. We value hands-on experience with machines and tools.
You should have strong analytical skills and a proven track record in problem-solving. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required.
