Tasks and obligations
Assist with the design, development, quoting, and analysis of both new and existing products under the direction of the Director of Engineering. Assess new cylinder designs for manufacturability and determine any special materials, tools, or fixturing needed to produce the product.
will be involved in every stage of the product, including design and development, manufacturing, final testing, labor and material estimates, and initial application specifications.
To create quotes, prepare the Bill of Materials and Manufacturing Time Estimates for Sales.
Give customers and the departments of sales, production, purchasing, and quality technical information to address any queries or problems.
Examine finished drawings to ensure that the design intent is accurate and complete.
Help Production and Quality Accept or Reject Out-of-Tolerance Parts
