TI Fluid Systems is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.
Responsibilities of Position:
1. Concept to production design, development, and validation of the product.
2. Coordinate with account and platform managers and customers to identify product requirements.
3. Set up design parameters so that the product design is manufacturable.
4. Guide designers, keeping in mind fabrication, processing, and assembly of the product.
5. Execute design through a structured program of AQP.
6. Approve all product-engineering drawings: define or determine performance and material requirements.
7. Examine components for appropriate failure modes and develop formal documentation (DFMEA).
