Press Brake Operator

Robinson seeks a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

FUNCTION 

• Utilize press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
• Work in a fast-paced environment while following directions and keeping motivated
• Accurately measure parts using a tape measure, calipers, and other measurement tools
• Read blueprints and drawings to understand dimensional tolerances, bend allowances, etc.
• Work independently with little to no supervision, but collaborate effectively
  With co-workers to complete assignments
• Verify that the materials are prepared for use and identify any issues immediately
• Lift on an occasional basis 40-50 lbs. and 90 lbs. on a rare occasion
• As well as being able to stand for long stretches (in some cases, 10 hours).
