The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide proactive maintenance support to ensure smooth and reliable business operations.
• Enhance maintenance and operational efficiency by applying Preventive and Emerging Work Management practices in alignment with the business’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Develop and mentor team members using available training tools and performance development techniques.
• Supervise and execute maintenance tasks safely, efficiently, and by industry standards.
• Follow and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule to maximize equipment reliability and ensure full PM compliance while upholding safe working practices.
• Resolve unplanned equipment stoppages effectively, aiming for a “right first time” approach with high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure full utilization of the CMMS system for work tracking and maintain accurate and up-to-date shift logbooks.
