Safran is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Inspector and Fitter to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Working to the production plan, all hydraulic units and actuation will be covered.
- Test & repair of Hydraulic units on a rig to determine serviceability
- Disassembly and subsequent inspection of failed units to return the unit to serviceability.
- Sentence parts as serviceable, scra,p or requiring repair
- Performing minor repairs, such as hand salvage, blending damaged material, and polishing, may be required in conjunction with assessing parts/components for repair.
