Maintenance Fitter

Hollister Incorporated  is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their dynamic team. Duties:

• Provide high-level technical support in a high-volume environment, while interacting with and advising suppliers and engineers on process and product design in order to facilitate more efficient production.
  Troubleshoot equipment related process issue and equipment failures to find root cause and investigate repairs.
• Assist developing and driving ongoing and preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain accurate data to analyze and report on equipment.
• Support Engineering and Production with ongoing continuous improvements and monitor equipment to make recommendations for process improvements.
• Engage with Continuous Improvement Projects that use lean and six sigma tools to improve business efficiency.
• Be part of creating an innovation-oriented culture, through finding innovative solutions to process problems, and trying to encourage team members to share new ideas.
