Safran is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter Tester (Aftermarket) to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assembling/disassembling aircraft electrical and hydraulic actuators and flight controls per supplied drawings and process instructions. * Identifying proper and improper fits, alignments, and conditions of components.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures for quality.
Follow the route maps as well as work instructions and engineering sketches.
* Work order finalization and stamping.
* Implementing basic measurement methods and using hand gauges.
* Cleaning the parts, protecting them, and preparing them for use.
* Highlighting and stating inconsistencies, proving the quality of the disposition process.
* Completing the paperwork and system transactions to complete work.
* Supporting the general team's duties such as continuous improvement and 5S.
* Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance to EH&S procedures
