esponsibilities:

  • Responsible for all tasks connected to electrical and control integrity, including the design, construction, installation, inspection, maintenance operations, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and adjustment of various hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and electric as well as Programmable Logic (PLC) control systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks on compressors, pumps, and control valves, as well as field instrumentation, and other equipment.
  • Do I&E and process control duties and perform responsibilities, such as installation and calibration.
  • Do Inspection and Maintenance (I & M) tasks.
  • Keep track of motor control centers (MCC) and the associated equipment.
  • Responsible for the overall maintenance, upkeep, and housekeeping of the facilities and equipment, in the event of need.
  • Complete all work in accordance with company guidelines, procedures, standards, and tariff regulations.
  • Recognize, report, and address environmental and safety issues.
  • Documentation must be completed promptly.
  • Supervise the construction, maintenance, or work that is performed by third-party contractors.
  • Perform to demonstrate excellence in operation.
  • Work with various third parties and internal stakeholders
  • Communication must be clear and concise, with high-quality listening and verbal skills.
  • Keep a reliable and regular attendance record.
  • Continuously provide high-performance results that exceed expectations.
  • Flexible hours are available if necessary.
  • Keep Operator Qualification up to date on any covered task assigned to him as per the direction of Management.
  • Maintain a high standard of care for the safety of employees and company assets, as well as all members of the public.
  • Other weekly, daily, or monthly job duties are specified and outlined.
