Plus you will also:

Operate paving machines such as asphalt pavers, rollers, diggers and other machinery related to paving.
Participate in pre-start meetings and understand relevant hazards and Health and Safety Risks.
Perform general labourer duties where required to ensure project deadlines are completed on time.
Liaise with and be a supportive working team member to the rest of the construction team including labourers, foremen and site supervisors.
