Svc Operator I-Coiled Tubing

Key Responsibilities

With direct supervision, conducts Job Safety Assessment (JSA) and safety meetings, rigging up and down of Coil Tubing service line equipment. Assembles and prepares equipment for installation and service. Also assists in the running of a job. Perform general housekeeping, clean up, repairs and prepares equipment for the next job; and performs pre/post job inspections Coiled Tubing equipment condition.  Responsible for the safe operation of cranes and rigging while delivering services safely in-line with Customer's design and KPI's. Operate High-Pressure fluid pump and coiled tubing support equipment (flow-back package). Perform hydrostatic testing on Blowout Preventer (BOP's) and reels during pre/post job preventive maintenance process. Mentors peers and trains Operator Assistants. Monitors well control and associated calculations before and during job applications. Perform and complete preventative maintenance on all Coiled Tubing associated equipment. Job tasks when performed correctly have an indirect effect on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Effects of error are easily measured and contained.  Must drive a truck or other assigned equipment, as required and may be required to possess and hold a Commercial Driver's Licence. Equipment/job skill competency specific to the Product Service Line (PSL).
