Accountability:
Respect HSE and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001).
Take part in risk assessments (PFMEA, DFMEA) and problem-solving (QRQC).
Participate in performance evaluations (VSM, Lean Six Sigma).
Participate in test bench series production, with particular accountability for:
Ongoing evaluation of test sequences and programs;
enhancement of the EOLT's (End of Line Test) repeatability and dependability;
Decrease in test cycle time and NFPY (Not First Pass Yield);
overseeing the ABU unit's digital transformation.
