Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Collaboration with cross-functional teams in order to develop programs and provide the hardware that is space-rated to the client.
Direct Technicians in the field and work in coordination with Program Management, Quality, Project Engineering, as well as Design Engineering, to maintain high-quality products.
Participate in the research of design, development, and testing of the complex equipment used in commercial vehicles, as well as NASA vehicles.
Develop and implement plans to reduce costs and improve schedules for production and development programs.
Assist in failure investigations to identify the root cause and take corrective measures.
