Responsibilities:

Hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic power unit, and hydraulic system design and optimization that considers technical, scheduling, and financial factors (design to cost based on customer requirements)
PLM management (lifecycle promotion, BOM creation, etc.)
Multidisciplinary collaboration within the project environment with the relevant departments
Tolerance stack-up
collaboration with component suppliers to clarify technical aspects of components and develop shared components (co-design)
Participate in FMEA
Encourage the development of local components in terms of price and quality.
