Building Services Manager

AirTrunk is actively seeking a skilled and experienced building services manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Treat all soft services at the site (cleaning, waste, landscaping, pests, hydraulics, handyman, and other front-of-house services) as well as all services related to lifts, gates, roller shutters, etc.
• Create and maintain contracts for the services above, including defining critical metrics, which will be developed with AirTrunk and aligned with relevant industry standards.
• Perform inspections on a regular basis to review the overall clean, neat, and orderly appearance of the site.
• Coordinate the data center's loading dock.
• Handles customer requests concerning their office or storage space.
• Ensure the required processes for change management are strictly followed and coordinate with the required internal teams to guarantee compliance.
• Contributes to the implementation of various accreditation programs, including, but not limited to, ISMS, SOC2, and PCI-DSS.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant local laws and regulations.
