Maintenance Team Lead

Leprino Foods is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing time for the accomplishment of the daily work and priority items. Monitor subordinates to ensure tasks assigned are done properly. Check downtime logs and work orders, time-labor hour sheets, procedures for the storeroom, and other documents assigned are done.
• Follow all company policies to make sure compliance. This should include GMP's breaks and lunch periods, as well as security.
• It is essential to demonstrate and be able to carry out the majority of Maintenance Technician tasks.
• Perform mechanical work on machines like conveyors, pumps, valves, as well as gearboxes, sprockets, and so on.
• Use industrial electrical equipment (motor control) to diagnose and fix machinery and electrical components, comprising all three phases: 220, 480, and various plant systems.
• Perform maintenance tasks assigned to you as a technician.
• Assignment of work to the crew members according to the priorities of the shift supervisor. Keep in constant contact with the department's forepersons, shift manager, and other supervisors.
• Offer training to subordinates to create a skilled workforce.
• Maintain and implement 5S standards across every maintenance area.
• Additional tasks may be assigned to the role of team leader.
