Senior Structural Analyst

Blue Origin is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Structural Analyst to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities :

• Hand calculations that are precise and detailed, as well as FEM analysis of secondary and primary aerospace structures
• Documentation of stress analyses to enable the release of engineering drawings or documents
• Understanding of repair methods and analytical techniques for both metallic and composite structures
• Technical guidance regarding design concepts (risk and. expense in relation to performance)
• Keep track of and report on the technical state
• Helping teams from across organizations through input into the development of configurations and production processes
• Analysis checks for designers and junior structural analysts in stress/stability/fracture analysis and best practices
• Enhancing enterprise analysis capabilities, including the creation of models that automate development, strength check, and report generation for analysis
