Maintenance Technician

Le Boat is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain our fleet at the top of its game for the reliability and satisfaction of our customers. Check that our boats are in top state for presentation.
• Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedules.
  Learn hands-on experience installing mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as small repairs to fiberglass (training is provided).
• Work closely with the Director of Technology & Base Manager in order to efficiently prioritize tasks.
• Prepare to travel outside the premises in case of emergency repairs.
• Participate in the process of hauling/launching, commissioning, decommissioning, and gas dock operations when needed.
• Manage mechanical repairs and maintenance on boats between 36 and 45 feet. fiberglass boats, and handle technological interventions to batteries, pumps, diesel engines, propane, electrical, along hydraulic connectors.
