Field Service Technician

EAM-Mosca Corp is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to their operations' safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

The Field service tech has the following responsibilities:

· Install and commission, equipment in a way that guarantees reliability and maximum customer satisfaction.

· Conduct preventative maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Emergency repair of all EAM equipment.

· Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using systematic thinking and applying test equipment and hand tools to identify faults and create plans to report, plan, and implement the planned solution.

· Capacity to work hand-in-hand with Mosca Engineering to offer the best level of customer service.

· Produce service reports detailing the work rendered, parts rendered, and a clear description of the problem, solution, and follow-up required. All in a timely, professional manner.
