Job Responsibilities
Tasks for this position are, but not limited to, the following:
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, their training, and performance reviews.
• Formulate maintenance policies and develop plans to ensure optimal productivity and lifespan of all critical equipment.
• Monitor occurrences of downtime and efficiencies of production area activities for continuous improvement.
• Train, encourage and lead employees to adhere to prescribed safe and quality work practices.
• Oversees KPI results of the whole department to meet goals set.
