ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Periodic inspections of facilities to identify problems and maintenance needs
Supervising the day-to-day activities associated with the Utilities and maintenance function while also providing training to the Maintenance technician, Services provider team and Contract personnel
Preparing and implementing Annual Preventive Maintenance PM Plan for Plant Equipment, Utilities equipment, Fire Fighting Equipment, MHE’s and all Facility Equipment
Be able to complete assigned Civil work tasks within the scheduled amount of time within the Factory premises
