Maintenance Supervisor

Hydro is actively seeking a skilled and experienced  Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining a wide range of industrial equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Promote and be a steward of our organization's Safety Culture and Core Values
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Ensure proper LOTO procedures and all work permits are utilized for safe maintenance operations
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC faults, and carry out required repairs.
• Keep in stock the required spare parts and tools, and arrange for timely procurement with suppliers.
