Front End Loader Operator

Fulton Hogan is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Front End Loader Operator to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate the crane to move, lift, and transfer loads to different levels and places within the working area and ensure the safe lifting capability of the crane.
• Examine the state of the soil prior to establishing or lifting the crane.
• Examine the crane's mechanism or lifting accessories to ensure they are not malfunctioning or damaged.
• Make sure your crane's in a level position on the outriggers, and that all safety mechanisms are working before lifting and placing the load.
• Make sure you are sure that your crane is secure to use by performing thorough pre-start inspections every day according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Check load weights and weigh their capacities against the lifting capacity to avoid overload.
• Assist the team of support (Riggers) in the setting up and operation of the crane.
• Close the crane and leave it in a safe way always when you are leaving the crane.
