The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Duties: 

Use heavy machinery, such as cranes, loaders, bulldozers, forklifts, and excavators, as directed.
Before and after use, check, maintain, and troubleshoot basic equipment. 
When using machinery, abide by all safety rules, corporate guidelines, and site-specific protocols. 
Help with excavation, grading, material handling, site preparation, loading and unloading, and other duties involving the use of machinery. 
Inform supervisors of any maintenance requirements, safety issues, or equipment malfunctions. 
Collaborate closely with other operators and ground crews to guarantee the safe and effective completion of tasks. 
Maintain thorough records of all equipment use, maintenance, and inspections. 
To maintain equipment in good operating order, make small adjustments or perform preventive maintenance as necessary. 
When operating equipment is not necessary, assist with other labor or site tasks.
