Assemble hydraulic hoses in accordance with specifications and work instructions.
Cut, crimp, and fit hoses by using the right equipment and tools.
Examine the assembled assemblies for problems or leaks and ensure they are in conformance with standards.
Keep accurate records of production as well as inventory.
Utilize hydraulic test benches as well as test equipment for pressure.
Learn and understand the technical specifications, diagrams, and instructions for assembly.
Make sure the workspace is clean, well-organized, and in accordance with safety standards.
Work with team members and supervisors to achieve the production targets.
Find solutions and troubleshoot problems related to the equipment or hoses.
Perform routine maintenance on the assembly tools and other equipment.
