Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains relationships with clients through providing support, service information, and advice while also researching and recommending solutions
• Finds improvements to products or new products by staying current with industry trends as well as market activity and market trends.
• Provides quality service by setting and enforcing the standards of the organization
• Keeps up-to-date with technical and professional knowledge by participating in factory-based training.
• Contributes to teamwork by achieving related results when required
• Responsible for troubleshooting and repairs as well as rehabilitation of construction, municipal and highway-related heavy equipment as well as its related components
• Always strive to portray an attractive image of the company by appearance, uniforms or personal language and when driving in a company car
• Large Diesel Engine Repair and maintenance
• Repair and maintenance of hydraulic systems for construction equipment and service
• Repair of electrical systems for construction equipment and service
