Hydraulic/Mechanical Maintenance

Top Die Casting Company is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic/Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to their operations safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Major Duties:

• Hydraulic System Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and inspect hydraulic systems, such as pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and their components. Debug and correct problems like leaks, pressure loss, or system inefficiencies.
• Mechanical Maintenance: Conduct mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery like conveyors, engines, turbines, compressors, and other heavy equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Employ diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical faults. Determine the causes of failure and institute efficient solutions promptly.

1. Preventative Maintenance: Create and implement a preventative maintenance plan to respond to potential problems ahead of time and prolong the life of equipment and machinery.

• System Upgrades: Support the installation and upgrading of new mechanical or hydraulic systems and equipment, configuring them to function properly upon integration.
