Mobile Service Technician

Hytorc is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Service Technician to join their dynamic team. Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Travel in your assigned territory to call on existing and potential customers to promote and fulfill repair, and calibration requirements and to provide technical advice. Make contact with new customers in order to establish new business.
• Utilizing both technical training and the company's training, respond to customer needs and problems to include troubleshooting to repair mechanical, hydraulic and manual tools, pumps and equipment. 
• Follow company processes, procedures, safety standards and schedules for daily work including scheduling repairs and calibrations as outlined, making cold calls on prospective customers and other territory work as assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Provide necessary reporting to the Branch Manager regarding scheduling, task completion, market and other activity reports that detail requested accomplishments each week.
• Work with the Branch Manager and other services members, engineers and customers in order to fulfill growing daily repair requirements per the Branch Manager.
• Work towards the goals and Key Performance Indicators outlined by the Branch Manager.
  Provide support to territory managers as needed to grow opportunities for sales and service.
• Inspect tools for safety decals and safe operating features and keep an accurate schedule and record for maintenance.
