Service Engineer

Liebherr is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. Job Functions

• Diagnose, service and repair Liebherr EMT division equipment such as Wheeled Loaders, Excavators, Dozers etc.
• Use electrical, electronically, hydraulically and mechanical theory and associated knowledge to test and modify operational electrical machinery and electrical control, electronically controlled equipment and circuitry, hydraulically circuits and components, and mechanical equipment.
• Operate machine for test purposes, inspection, diagnoses and trouble shooting.
• Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper performance and compliance to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Repair or replace damaged or worn parts using Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM spare parts and OEM repaired parts. 
• Clean, lubricate and do other routine maintenance on Liebherr machines.
• Inspect parts for damage or excessive wear using relevant measurements devices e.g. micrometers.
• Read, understand, and follow operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and other technical and operating drawings.
