Senior Process Engineer - Water

Responsibilities: 

• Process and plant reviews, assessment, route-cause analyses, and assessments employ cutting-edge evaluation strategies.
• Supporting plant operation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• The feasibility, outline and the specific process design, which includes heat, mass and energy balances Process flow diagrams (P&IDs), hydraulic designs, assessment of design risks Control principles, commissioning strategies, estimates of cost and program as well as plant and equipment specs, and supplier tender evaluation.
• Innovating and creating digital design tools like analysis of water quality as well as unit process sizing, process performance metrics, hydraulic calculations, and other design tools that are automated.
• Writing technical reports throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Contact with clients in Ireland and across the globe.
• Lead and/or support bids, proposals for fees, or proposals of service; creation of work schedules/activities.
• Knowledge of HAZOP, DSEAR, CDM, WIMES, Irish and European standards, and other statutory regulations and non-regulatory rules and guidelines.
  The development of standard and custom design solutions across the complete range of the water industry.
• Exceed quality standards, program, budgetary, and H&S requirements for projects.
• Contributing to the development of new and innovative ideas and offering suggestions to invent.
