• Manages multidisciplinary teams, delegates tasks, and evaluates the work of engineers in junior engineering.
• Coordination is effective with both external and internal participants on projects that are moderately complex.
• Facilitates client engagement by understanding the project's drivers and designing solutions to meet the needs of clients.
