Crucial Responsibilities:
Verifies the completeness of the system or its components by comparing them to customer orders and the bill of materials.
Assumes accountability for the amount and caliber of the product.
Meets tolerances and product operating equipment by fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts and mechanisms.
Visually checks components to ensure they meet standards, fixes units and products that don't meet specifications, or sends defective products back for further work.
Fixes any hydraulic or mechanical issues that arose during assembly, if needed.
Carries out regular equipment maintenance as needed.
carries out all duties assigned to the position safely and in compliance with all rules and directives.
Supports the goals of safety and overall quality management in a collaborative setting.
