Duties
Diagnoses and fixes John Deere tools and equipment
Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians
Responsible for billable time and work orders given to them
Responsible for full and accurate documentation of diagnostics and repairs done on work orders and timely submission of information. May take part in Service EDUCATE Training programs are needed to learn new skills and information.
Operates and takes care of the vehicles, tools, and equipment needed to do the job.
Keeps the work area clean and does work in a neat and organized way
When doing work, they always follow all safety rules and regulations.
Keeps up with the latest information about John Deere and its competitors' products
