Hydraulic Designer

MacGregor is actively seeking a skilled and experienced  Hydraulic Designer to join their dynamic team.

The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

More tasks and responsibilities

• Develop wholly new equipment and optimize existing equipment based on the OCL product catalogue to create efficient but sustainably zero carbon equipment.
• Provide the full extent technical documentation to support product and projects in line with the project execution model.
• Work collaboratively with the project stakeholders to deliver designs within the project time schedule, at or below staff time and cost estimates, at or above specifications (or quality thresholds).
• Maintain knowledge of engineering standards, relevant legislation and new technologies.
• Provide technical and advisory guidance, demonstrate a strong work ethic and take on additional responsibilities which may occasionally involve travelling if required.
