Hydraulic Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Conduct impactful projects that involve the development and optimization of water distribution networks, and storm, sanitary or combined sewer networks.
• Utilize hydrologic and hydraulic expertise to develop sustainable and innovative solutions for wastewater and water management.
• Interpret and analyze system data by using simulations and models in order to create optimal solutions that increase the efficiency and performance of your system.
• Make informed decisions, as guesswork is not a good idea when managing the critical infrastructure.
• Utilize sophisticated software to model hydraulic systems, and evaluate various scenarios of design to ensure maximum impact.
• Utilize industry-standard software like InfoWater, EPANET, InfoSWMM, PCSWMM, and others to build precise models and guarantee accuracy of data.
• Be a front-facing engineer for clients Coordinating team members within the company, facilitating meetings and managing hydraulic models in real-time to create scenarios, address questions, and ensure that everyone is in sync (even when it requires some imaginative toggling).
