Industrial Hose Product Specialist - Fluid Tech

BGM World is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Hose Product Specialist - Fluid Tech to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Job objectives/Principal accountabilities:

• Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate and track industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings for potential opportunities and risks
• Plan and implement marketing plans and promotional programs to raise awareness and stimulate demand for consumable products.
• Provide sales support and technical assistance to the sales team, including product training, technical presentations and 
verbal and written response to customer needs.
• Maintain a regular calling program with BMG branch representatives to customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the respective subject area in the Industrial Hoses Fluid Tech Division.
• Assess product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to evaluate product viability and make continued 
recommendations for product improvements or enhancements.
• Assess Branches, and customers if deemed necessary.
• Developing and maintaining relationships along with regular contacts with existing suppliers.
