Mechanical Assembly

Nova Automation is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Assembly to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

What You’d Do:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). 
• Read and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to assemble products and subassemblies.
• Assemble mechanical components, parts, and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
• Perform fitting, alignment, and adjustment of mechanical components.
• Perform inspections of finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems during assembly.
• Follow all safety policies and regulations as well as keep a clean and organized work space.
• Working with engineers and quality teams to resolve assembly questions and problems.
• Document production data and complete all documentation as assigned.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
