• Develop, oversee, and monitor the implementation of service plans in order to achieve maintenance and safety goals.
* Manage projects for improvement in production by working with suppliers.
* Define and follow particular maintenance processes.
• Control your operating budget (labor, maintenance contracts, and the cost of spare components).
* Examine and solve human and technical problems to increase efficiency.
• Management of contracts for maintenance
* Create tracking and management for spare components.
• Monitor and assess your individual performances of the maintenance team members.
* Ensure that employees receive ongoing training.
* Lead ongoing improvement projects.
