Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Find and fix electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with CNC equipment and on-site equipment across the West Coast in a timely and efficient way.
• Install, commission, and test CNC machines and related automation equipment in customer facilities.
• Make sure you are performing preventive maintenance to ensure maximum machine performance, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
• Perform demonstrations of machines and offer technical support during customer visits.
• Document all service-related activities accurately, such as the parts used, labor time, and any technical issues that arise.
• Support via phone and remote to customers who need assistance with troubleshooting and technical support.
