Senior Service Engineer, Hydraulic

Responsibilities:

• Carry out tasks and responsibilities assigned by the line manager and ensure they are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Understand and strictly follow the company’s rules, regulations, policies, work instructions, and procedures to maintain professional standards and ensure smooth operations.
• Achieve individual and departmental KPIs by meeting established targets for quality, productivity, customer service, and project performance.
• Study and understand finishing-area hydraulic drawings, including system layouts, hydraulic circuits, equipment connections, and design principles.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for hydraulic-related customer issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective solutions.
• Support the development of hydraulic-related business by identifying customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and assisting with new business opportunities.
• Maintain and manage hydraulic testing tools and equipment, ensuring they are properly calibrated, in good working condition, and available when required.
• Coordinate and manage hydraulic-related projects from planning through completion, ensuring that technical requirements, quality standards, timelines, and customer expectations are met.
