Mechanical pumping engineer (Senior)

Associated Engineering is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical pumping engineer (Senior) to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Authorize and write studies, cost estimates, design reports, specifications, contract documents, and other documents.
• The design and development of mechanical systems, which includes the hydraulic analysis of pipes, pumps, and valves, the choice of equipment (valves and piping tanks, pumps, screens, etc. ), and the creation of calculations for design.
• Coordination of the work of multidisciplinary teams throughout the design stage of development.
• Responsible for the preparation of layouts, schematic drawings, and P&IDs. This is done as part of a team consisting of technologists, engineers, 3D modellers, and CAD technicians.
• Make the specifications for contract documentation and construction documents.
• Involving the Engineer of Record field review of construction projects.
• In charge of the entire project execution. Keep a keen eye on safety, quality, and customer service.
