Heavy Equipment Technician

Donaldson is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Perform all assigned jobs and tasks in order to meet flat rate times and re-do metric.
• Work safely and adhere to all WCAT safety policies and procedures.
• Complete all associated paperwork and access all databases that you need in order to complete the job, (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW), and do so accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations.
• Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, test and adjust assemblies, in all cases with minimal supervision.
• When problems are encountered, make a diagnosis and troubleshoot the problem, make a recommendation for repair, or make all critical machine and engine repairs and adjustments.
• Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments.
• Utilize general failure analysis and procedures to reach an accurate diagnosis.
• Follow all company policies
  Complete all Level I & Level II assigned training in a timely and competent manner.
