Essential Duties and Expectations

Prepare, layout, align, and assemble parts, subassemblies, and complete machines
Perform high-precision assembly with all hand and power tools and with the use of jigs, fixtures, gauges, and measuring devices
Position and align components using a jib, overhead cranes, hoists, and jacks
Install power units and accessories, fit keys and splines, and perform press/shrink fits
Conduct functional tests and adjustments, disassemble, and prepare machines for shipment or storage
Keep the workspace area clean and orderly and adhere to all safety policies
