SRM Concrete is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join their dynamic team. Principal Duties:
Reduce the possibility of accidents, property damage, or fatalities by operating heavy machinery—such as excavators, front-end loaders, bulldozers, and other quarry equipment—safely and effectively.
Make sure all machinery is in excellent operating order by performing daily safety and maintenance inspections.
Plan, carry out, and oversee the movement of materials within the quarry in coordination with the site management team, making sure that all activities adhere to project specifications and safety regulations.
As needed, modify operational controls and equipment settings to satisfy project specifications.
Determine and convey when equipment needs to be maintained, repaired, or replaced in order to reduce downtime and preserve output.
